2. SMS Messaging Program

By providing your phone number or responding to an outreach SMS from Surplus Recovery, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Insightifi LLC d/b/a Surplus Recovery regarding your unclaimed property case, including case status updates, follow-up reminders, and claim portal links.

3. Recovery Services

Surplus Recovery operates on a contingency fee basis. We charge no upfront fees. Our fee is a percentage of the recovered funds, as specified in the signed recovery agreement between you and Insightifi LLC. You always have the right to claim your unclaimed property directly through the relevant state unclaimed property division at no cost.

4. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals 18 years of age or older who are the rightful owners (or authorized representatives) of unclaimed property identified in public state records. By using our services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

5. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when using our services. Providing false or misleading information in connection with an unclaimed property claim may constitute fraud and could result in legal liability.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on surplusrecovery.io, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Insightifi LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any specific unclaimed property claim will be approved by a state agency, as approval is at the sole discretion of the relevant state authority.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Insightifi LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or inability to recover unclaimed property.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
